OCKO is an analytic and statistical system used for gathering data about human behaviour within a particular time and space.
It is used to measure and analyse people’s movement at a place which is being observed in a given time. The measurement includes the duration of a single visit both in the whole object and within its individual zones, as well as the number of recurring visitors. The data about Clients’ behaviour is a powerful tool in the hands of the company’s management board, as well as financial and marketing staff. It allows them to assess the effectiveness of company’s activity accurately and plan their business strategies in a successful way.CLICK FOR DEMO
OCKO may be used in places and circumstances in which it is possible to measure human flow, study and analyse people’s behaviour, for instance at trade fairs, conferences or mass events, as well as on streets, airports, in shops, restaurants, museum, etc.
OCKO is a small terminal which does not influence interior design. The installation of OCKO is simple. The device needs only power supply of 230V and 3G/LTE signal to work properly, as it is equipped with a modem. It can also work through a local LAN or WiFi network.
The process is based on retrieving the registered data from terminals and then filtering, normalising and processing them. Next, the data undergo preliminary evaluation and are transferred to analytical systems. The Client has constant, unlimited access to the data through the analytical panel. All data are protected and available only for authorised users.
All registered data are visible in the analytical panel. There is a possibility of their manual personalisation by using filters, for example concerning the length of a visit, the area of data measurement, etc.
Reports are generated periodically in a comfortable graphic form. They present data about human behaviour in an observed object or an object chain (e.g. a shop, restaurant, newsagent's chain, etc.), sorted according to dates and time lapses. The report data depend on the type of Clients and their needs.
We turn the world of real human flows and visits into digital and anonymously identified parametre indicators.
We measure the duration of a single visit, on the basis of which we prepare hourly, weekly, monthly and even annual reports, including the division into the company’s staff and recurring visitors.
We convert human flows among various locations, inter alia to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and establish the interest scopes of a chosen group or community.
We conduct detailed research and analyses on the basis of the gathered data. Furthermore, we offer advice and recommendations in order to optimise the measured human flows.
